Tut-Oral Consultation is a free resource offered to students at National Taiwan University, providing opportunities for practice in spoken English outside the classroom. The program recruits outstanding students/experts from various disciplines who are fluent in English to serve as Tut-Oral Consultants (TOCs), offering effective training and consultation services tailored to academic and professional needs.
