1. 我要如何預約諮詢？How do I book a TOC session? 💻

⭐114-2 學期開始，學生可透過雙語教育中心英語學習護照官網預約一對一口說諮詢。詳細預約流程請參考以上影片。

From Spring 2026 onwards, students can book one-on-one Tut-Oral consultation sessions through the English Learning Passport on the Center for Bilingual Education website. Please refer to the video above for detailed booking instructions.

2. 我想要預約下個月的場次，請問什麼時候可以預約呢？When can I book sessions for next month? 🤔

⭐每月 26 日 09:00 開放預約下個月的諮詢場次，預約將開放至諮詢日前一天 23:59，諮詢當日不開放預約。Booking for next month’s sessions opens at 09:00 on the 26th of each month and remains available until 23:59 the day before the consultation. Same-day appointments are not available.

3. 是否有預約場數限制呢？Is there a limit on the number of sessions I can book?💯

⭐目前因一對一口說諮詢服務預約踴躍，每位學生每週至多可預約兩場諮詢。As resources are limited, students may book up to two sessions per week.

4. 若我需要取消預約，該如何完成呢？ How do I cancel my reservation?  🥹

⭐若需取消預約，請於諮詢時段前 48 小時登入預約系統完成取消，詳細流程請參考以上影片。諮詢時段 48 小時內不接受取消；若未出席諮詢，系統將標註為缺席。學生於學期間若累積 2 次缺席，將無法於該學期再次預約諮詢。雙語教育中心保留最終審核權。To cancel an appointment, students must log in to the booking system and complete the cancellation at least 48 hours before the scheduled consultation; please refer to the video above for detailed instructions. Cancellations within 48 hours of the consultation are not accepted. In the event of a no-show, the system will record the session as an absence. Students who accumulate two absences during the semester will no longer be eligible to book consultations for the remainder of that semester. The Center for Bilingual Education reserves the right of final approval.

5. 諮詢當日需要攜帶什麼呢？ What should I bring on the day of the consultation? 🤩

⭐為核對學生在校身分，請學生於諮詢當日攜帶學生證。Please bring your student ID to verify your status as an enrolled student.

6. 若遇停班停課，諮詢服務是否亦會暫停？ 

If there is a suspension of work or classes, will the consultation services also be suspended? 🌀

⭐如遇颱風等天災，台北市政府宣布停班停課，當日不開放諮詢服務，請重新預約時段。In the event of a typhoon or other natural disasters, if the Taipei City Government announces a suspension of classes, consultation services will not be available that day. Please reschedule your appointment.
