Through the registration form, you can submit ALL of the other documents for the festival; e.g. script, programme page, artistic statement, etc. Our adjudicator has requested electronic versions of the script; high-quality PDFs are preferred. Please submit the registration form and all attachments by Thursday, 9 March. We will send out a proof copy of the programme and a finalized schedule on 10 March.
The registration fee for this year's regional festival is $250 flat-rate. There is NO per-student fee. Please bring a cheque with you to your tech rehearsal. If you need an invoice to get the cheque processed, you can use the attached invoice template (just fill in the name of your school). (You can download the template by clicking the "pop out" arrow in the top-right corner of the preview, then clicking "download" in the top-right corner of the new window.)
A 250-word artistic statement outlining your group's artistic reasoning. Guiding questions for the artistic statement can be found at https://ent-nts.ca/c/ecolenationaletheatre/uploads/zva_bank_docs.file/NTSDF_AdjudicatorsGuide-March2020.pdf on page 2 at "What Adjudicators will Receive from each Company in Advance".
Please review the tech specs with your crew, as needed. There is a programme page template below, you can use it if you want but it is not mandatory (but you can at least use it to get the correct page size). Please make sure that you follow the programme page guidelines on the "programme page info" document. (You can download the template by clicking the "pop out" arrow in the top-right corner of the preview, then clicking "download" in the top-right corner of the new window.)
