Coach Crystal Langdon is the head coach of the Lewisburg Chapter of Nittany Youth Track and Field. She coached with Nittany Youth Track and Field during the 2025 season as part of the Bloomsburg chapter.
Coach Langdon competed in cross country and was a 400m and 800m runner in high school and college before injury led her to road biking. Today, she enjoys running 5Ks and competing in sprint triathlons.

Monique Alexander lives in Lewisburg and is the Lewisburg High School Boys Sprints Coach. She was an all Patriot League performer as a 400 meeter runner for at Bucknell University (Class of 2025). She is the mom of Richard Alexander, III and Ruby Alexander and wife of Richard Alexander. This is her second year coaching for Nittany Track and Field.
Coach Terry Shea coaches mid and distance runners of the Lewisburg Chapter of Nittany Youth Track and Field. He coached with Nittany Youth Track and Field during the 2025 season as part of the Bloomsburg chapter.
Coach Shea ran XC and track and field in high school and college (Bucknell University) and is a marathon runner. He has coached distance runners at the post-collegiate/club level for nearly 20 years and previously volunteered with the Bucknell Cross Country and Track & Field team (2017-2022).
"Last year was my first ever experience coaching youth level with Nittany Track and Field and it was so fun and incredibly rewarding. It is really exciting to see the sport begin to grow at the youth level in our area." - Coach Shea
Coach Carly Shea coaches mid and distance runners of the Lewisburg Chapter of Nittany Youth Track and Field. She coached with Nittany Youth Track and Field during the 2025 season as part of the Bloomsburg chapter.
Coach Shea competed in cross country and track in high school (Forest City, PA) and college (Bucknell University). She continued competing after college in various distances from the mile to the marathon and is still competing today. She has several years of experience coaching post-college runners.

Coach Dan Frake will assist with the throwers this season as his schedule permits. He is a high school teacher at Selinsgrove Area High School and his children attend Lewisburg Area School District.
Coach Frake is still the shot put school record holder at his HS on Long Island and placed 8th in the shot put at New Balance Indoor Nationals in 2002. He then threw for Bucknell University from 2002-2006 where he was a patriot league champion in the hammer throw. He has coached all of the throwing events at the high school and collegiate levels since 2008.
Coach Frake enjoys the life lessons that track and field can teach athletes!
Coach Heath Oberlin is in his first year coaching the Lewisburg chapter assisting in mostly mid-distance and relay events. Coach Oberlin also assists in coaching Lewisburg wrestling teams as he is a state place finisher in multiple sports.
In his high school years, he qualified and placed in PIAA track and field states in team relay events. He currently focuses on his kids in running events.
“I love track because it allows for individual, but also team accomplishments that welcome all types of athletes. I believe that track also compliments the multi-sport athlete. For our young people, being able to vary their strengths and abilities will help them not only on the track, but in so many other sports and in life in general.” - Coach Oberlin
