Bhadrawati Shikshan Sanstha, Bhadrawati a renowned education society, runs various Higher Education & Technical Institutes in Bhadrawati region.

The Seed of Bhadrawati Shikshan Sanstha Bhadrawati was planted in 1971 at the hands of revolutionary politician, educationist, socialist and former MLA of the region Honorable Shri Nilkanthrao Yeshwantrao Shinde.

The first Venture of Bhadrawati Shikshan Sanstha, Bhadrawati was Yeshwant Vidyalaya, Chora a tribal area situated 18 Km. from Bhadrawati to provide all the educational facilities for the poor & deprived children of the region. Since then this educational institution has blossomed into a full grown tree, producing rich fruits of knowledge & learning.

Honorable Shri Nilkanthrao Yeshwantrao Shinde is a prominent educationist & has an ideology “Education for all”. He nurtured the dream of all round excellence in the field of education for poor & middleclass society. The process of nurturing institution has been a saga of tireless toil & perseverance and persistence by himself, His better half Honorable Sau. Nilimatai Nilkanthrao Shinde, President of the institution, His Sons Dr. Vivek N. Shinde, Dr. Kartik N. Shinde, Dr. Vishal N. Shinde, Member of Management Shri Jayant A. Wankhede along with all teaching & Non teaching members. The first establishment of the institution rooted in the form of Nilkanthrao Shinde College Of Science & Art at Bhadrawati itself in 1993 with science undergraduate faculty which later on turned and grown into post graduate faculty for various disciplines.

Apart from Nilkanthrao Shinde Science & Arts College, Bhadrawati Shikshan Sanstha has developed various other establishments under the dynamic guidance & leadership of our Honorable Secretary Shri Nilkanthrao Shinde.

Today all the branches of Bhadrawati Shikshan Sanstha have their own independent infrastructure with maximum amenities & Facilities.

The institutions have become pioneers in providing paradigmatic excellence & quality education intertwining tradition with scientific research work & new inventions.

The institution has been catering to the need of middle & lower class by providing latest facilities & amenities to all. Our institution has been continuously exploring meaningfull inter place with the world around us through the different activities among the students. To indentify & nurture the talent of each & every student, we organize various events, workshops, seminars, conferences, social & educational meets, sports & many more activities.

These painstaking efforts were acknowledged by NAAC (National Assessment & Accreditation Council, Bangalore) peer team appreciated our efforts for the development in the field of education & awarded ‘B’ grade. The reaccreditation of NAAC took place in the year 2010 with B grade and CGPA 2.03. Today the college offers wide range of courses in the stream of science, Arts, and computer science.

Co-operation & Co- ordination of the Management, its members, Principal & Faculty members, teaching & nonteaching staff have contributed to the success of every undertaking venture.
