The PGM-II has sensors for engine rpm and throttle position.
It has the ability to control the:
Ignition timing.
Two air correction solenoids connected to the power jet circuit on the carburetors.
Power valve positions.
Two stroke oil pump solenoid.
The PGM-II is able to be de-restricted via what is commonly called the "wire splice".
This typically takes the power output from 45 horsepower to 60 horsepower, mainly via better use of the power valves.
