Hi, I am Andrew Tham, the founder of Andrew Tham NLP Training. I am a Certified Trainer and Master Practitioner of Neuro-Semantics (NS) and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), recognized by the International Society of Neuro-Semantics (ISNS) in Colorado, USA. Being one of the most popular Neuro-Semantics trainers globally, I conduct NS-NLP Certification Programs.

With my background in Family Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Hypnotherapy, my passion lies in helping individuals and teams discover their unique paths and maximize their potential. I achieve this through training, coaching, counseling, and mentoring. I am also certified as a trainer of Body Language and Deception Detection by the Body Language Institute in Washington DC, USA.

In my training approach, I prioritize the learners, focusing on cultivating wisdom, knowledge, skills, attitudes, and values that elevate personal and organizational performance. I equip individuals with powerful tools, energize them to harness the power of the team and empower them to develop as leaders. My specialties include aligning intentions, bridging the gap between knowing and doing, overcoming excuses, transforming negative thoughts into positive ones, and anchoring states of excellence in everyone I work with.

Apart from my expertise in NLP and Neuro-Semantics, I am certified as a trainer, program developer, and assessor of Competency-Based Training and Education (Certificate IV in Workplace Training, Category 2) by DETAFE South Australia. I am also a certified internal assessor with the National Vocational Training Council. Over the years, I have developed core competency models and modules for various organizations in the financial, retail, and manufacturing sectors. I have conducted Train the Trainer (TTT) and Evaluation on the Effectiveness of Training (EET) programs for Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad (PSMB) and had the privilege of speaking on NLP at the PSMB Conference.

I have conducted numerous NS-NLP Practitioner and Master Practitioner Certification Training programs across Malaysia in cities like Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Klang, and Penang. My students come from various parts of Malaysia, including Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Penang, Perak, Johor, Melaka, and Sabah. I have also had the opportunity to train international students from Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Australia, China, India, Sri Lanka, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Egypt, Austria, and the United Kingdom.

I firmly believe in benchmarking performance on a global scale to achieve world-class results. By providing training and coaching to employees in applying performance standards, I ensure that individual and corporate performance is effectively measured using sensory-based graded scales that assess knowledge, skills, and attitudes in action.
