Project Administration

This service involves a one time or ongoing dialogue between the Client and the Freelancer. During this communication, the Administrator may share valuable resources/information with the Client or conduct tasks on behalf of the Client. These may include:

• Provision of or completion of building permit application form

• Provision, completion or submission of any application form 

• Review documents such as land title and land survey document

• Site analysis

Site analysis is the process of collecting site and environmental data that may influence how the building is placed and designed. This data may include; site slope and contours, location of trees & other plants, location of boulders, location of electrical wires, sun path, wind direction, good and bad sounds around the site, good and bad views, good and bad smells. 

• Measured building survey

A measured building survey is the process of collecting building measurements, which may include; capturing accurate building dimensions, widths ,heights & depth of all walls, columns, slabs, beams, stairs, doors, windows, etc. As well as, a record of all bathroom, kitchen and electrical fixtures and their accurate locations, making a record of all drainage & sewage elements.

• Building area calculation

• One -one- one session about Architectural design, construction drawings or construction process

• Discussion of design ideas or recommendation

• Recommendation of construction professionals

• Outsourcing of construction professionals (contractor, electrician, tiler, etc.)

• Inspection and report of ongoing construction site

• Preliminary inspection and report of  Site

• Source building material options along with cost

• Task management

• Conduct any research or make calls on behalf of the client
