Nackia S. Johnson BA.AS

Architectural Designer, Drafting Technician & Project Administrator

Nackia Simone Johnson is the owner and operator of NSJ Architecture. She was born and raised in Jamaica. She attended the St. Hildas' Diocesan High school for girls in Jamaica, where her love for artistic expression was discovered. She received a distinction in the CSEC examinations for Visuals Arts, Mathematics, and English Language, etc. As well as, recognition as a top Visual Arts achiever within the Caribbean. She later Attended the University of Technology (UTECH)-Caribbean School of Architecture (CSA) where she majored in Architectural design. During her tenure she managed leadership roles and completed modules such as Design studio, Architectural Physics, Building Services, Materials & Construction Technology, Structural Design, Information Technology, Research Methodologies, Application of Materials, Building Information Modeling, Office Practices, etc.

After four (4) years, she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Architectural Studies and began her professional journey. Over the years she gained experience in Architectural deign and modeling, Architectural drafting, customer service and project administration at well known companies within Jamaica and the United States of America. With a track record of supporting private clients, as well as , other construction professionals she became an independent contractor/freelancer. She now partners with other professionals within the construction industry and leverages her knowledge of the Architecture and construction industry, as well as, project management, research, data entry, analysis and presentation, graphic design, architectural drafting, design and modeling to keep projects on track and bring the dreams of clients to reality.
