● To participate in the conference, it is necessary to send an application along with materials to the organizing committee to the e-mail address:  conference.nsc@ukr.net 

● The name of the file should contain the last name of the author(s) of the report, for example: 

                Kovalenko_Stepanov.docx(doc)

●The organizing committee of the conference recommends that authors prepare theses for printing using a template in Microsoft Word

●To publish the conference materials to the collection, you must submit them before September 16, 2024 

●The conference program and the list of presentations will be posted on the conference website

● Для участі у конференції необхідно надіслати до оргкомітету заявку разом із матеріалами на електронну адресу: conference.nsc@ukr.net 

●Назва файлу  має  містити  прізвище  автора (авторів)  доповіді,  наприклад:

●Оргкомітет конференції рекомендує авторам оформити до друку тези, використовуючи шаблон у середовищі Microsoft Word 

●  Для публікації у збірнику матеріали конференції необхідно надати до 16.09.2024 р.

●Програма конференції та повний перелік доповідей буде розміщено на сайті конференції.

Abstract requirements

Abstracts can be written in one of the official languages of the conference. The text of the report should contain the following sections: introduction, relevance of research, objectives, research results, conclusions. 

The volume of abstracts is up to 5 pages of A4 format.

Formatting of reports should comply with the following requirements:

Text field: margins: top, bottom, right – 2 cm, left – 2,5 cm. Font - Times New Roman. Line spacing – single.

Title: Body size – 14, uppercase. Paragraph – block, centre-aligned.

Surname, initials of the authors. Body size – 12 pt. Paragraph – block, centre-aligned.

Full name of the authors’ institutions, country. Paragraph – block, centre-aligned.

Text. Body size – 12. Paragraph – 1.25 cm, width-aligned.

Tables. Format - Microsoft Word or Excel. Above the table on the left, there should be written "Table 1 - Name of the table". Line spacing to and after the table is 6 points.

Figures. Below the figure there should be written “Figure 1 – Title of the figure”. Paragraph – block, centre-aligned. Line spacing to and after the figure – 6 pt.

Formulas. They are typed in the Microsoft Equation 3.0 formula editor. Editor adaptation parameters are set in default. To the right of the formula, its serial number should be specified in brackets.

References. For “REFERENCES”: body size – 12, uppercase; paragraph – block, centre-aligned, line spacing to - 12 pt, after – 6 pt. List of references: enumerated, body size – 12; paragraph – 1.25 cm, width-aligned. The list of references is presented generally at the end of the report (sequence - in the order of mention in the text) in accordance with the established requirements of SSTU (State Standards of Ukraine).

Вимоги до оформлення тез

Тези доповідей можуть бути оформлені однією з офіційних мов конференції. Текст доповіді повинен мати наступні розділи: вступ, актуальність досліджень, постановка задачі, результати досліджень, висновки. Обсяг тез доповідей – до 5-ти сторінок формату А4.

Оформлення доповіді відповідно до вимог:

Параметри сторінки: Поля: верхнє, нижнє, праве – 2 см, ліве – 2,5 см. Шрифт – Times New Roman. Інтервал – одинарний.

Назва. Шрифт – 14pt, прописні. Абзац – без відступів, вирівнювання по центру.

Ім’я, прізвища авторів. Шрифт – 12pt. Абзац без відступів, вирівнювання по центру.

Повна назва організацій доповідачів, країна. Абзац без відступів, вирівнювання по центру.

Текст доповіді. Шрифт – 12pt. Абзац – 1,25 см, вирівнювання за шириною.

Таблиці. Формат – Microsoft Word або Excel. Над таблицею зліва без відступу розміщується надпис виду: «Таблиця 1 – Назва таблиці». Інтервал до і після таблиці – 6pt.

Рисунки. Під рисунком розташовується надпис виду:

«Рисунок 1 – Назва рисунка». Абзац – без відступів, вирівнювання по центру, інтервал до й після рисунка – 6pt.

Формули. Набираються в редакторі формул Microsoft Equation. Параметри налаштування редактора за замовчуванням. Праворуч від формули в дужках вказується її порядковий номер.

Література. Слово «ЛІТЕРАТУРА»: шрифт – 12pt, прописні; абзац – без відступів, вирівнювання по центру, інтервал до – 12pt, після – 6pt. Список джерел: нумерований список, шрифт – 12pt;  абзац – 1,25 см, вирівнювання за шириною. Список використаної рукопису (послідовність – у порядку згадування у тексті) згідно зі встановленими вимогами ДСТУ.

● 30 min  Invited lectures 30 minutes (including questions).

● 20 min  Plenary presentations 20 minutes (including questions).

                    Abstracts and proceedings

Abstracts of the presentations included in the Conference Program will be published in the Book of Abstracts (on-line on the official website).

                            Тези та матеріали

Тези доповідей, включених до програми конференції, будуть опубліковані у Збірнику тез (онлайн на офіційному сайті).

● All participants of the conference are invited to publish in the scientific journal "TRANSPORT DEVELOPMENT" of the Odesa National Maritime University (category "B" professional edition). The requirements for registration of articles are set out on website of the journal:
