Who Can Participate ?

The participants mostly are those persons associated with handling and processing information as well as engaged in information analysis and consolidation work. They are mostly working librarians, documentation officers, computer professionals, software developers, library and information science students, computer science students, etc. The participants are expected to have knowledge of information technology so that they can be able to manage digital resources with the help of different computer technologies available.
