Gallery by Chele has spent years travelling the Philippines in search of its most treasured ingredients. This year, their focus turns to heirloom rice, sourced from the ancient terraces of the Cordillera region and the communities that have cultivated it for generations. 

For the Norwegian Seafood Dinner, the team is crafting an entirely new menu that weaves these heritage grains together with the finest Norwegian seafood. Two proud food cultures, one table.
