Norwegian Seafood Dinner

The Norwegian Seafood Dinner is coming to Manila for the very first time.

For its Philippine debut, there is only one fitting home: Gallery by Chele, one of Asia's 50 Best Restaurants and Manila's first Michelin-starred kitchen.

Across Asia, this dinner has become a fixture in the Norwegian business calendar, where Norwegian and Norwegian-affiliated companies gather with clients, partners, and old friends. Relationships are built. Deals get made. People come back the following year.

This October, we are bringing that spirit to Manila, with a multi-course tasting menu shaped by Chef Chele Gonzalez's celebrated kitchen and the best the Norwegian sea has to offer. Seats are limited. Details on tickets and sponsorship packages coming soon.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions? 

The menu will feature seafood, meat, nuts, and dairy. As this is a tasting menu built around Norwegian seafood, we are unable to accommodate restrictions against these ingredients. That said, please contact us regardless and we will do our best to see what we can do. 

Will drinks be included? 

A curated cocktail pairing, available in both alcoholic and non-alcoholic versions, will be prepared by the Gallery by Chele team to complement each course. This is optional and available at an additional cost. Throughout the evening, a selection of drinks will also be available, including local beer and Norwegian cider. Further details to be confirmed.
