The National Society of Black Physicists, Stony Brook Chapter has the ultimate goal of supporting the diversity within the Physics and Astronomy majors. We hope to retain the Black and Latino population in the major, and for the numbers to continue to grow while simultaneously creating a safe space for these students and their allies. 

     We plan on creating immersive projects that will bridge the gap between physics and the arts and other community-based projects that will help strengthen unity amongst us and our peers.
