Welcome to the "Class Family!"
In Ms. Salazar's 2nd grade class, we emphasize the importance of being a "class family." We strive to treat each other with respect, encourage one another, and work together to ensure everyone's sucess. Ms. Salazar's philosophy is to celebrate what each student has within them that helps them shine. We may all be different, but together make up a "family!"
Policies and procedures:
Please check your child's take-home folder and agenda daily to avoid missing out on important information and updates.
A weekly newsletter will be posted under the "newsletter" tab on our website, as well as go home in your child's folder every Monday. This will explain our plan for each week and weekly updates.
Graded papers will be sent home in your child's folder every Tuesday. This will show their weekly progress; including weekly conduct, math, ELA, and social living grades. Please review these papers with your child, and sign and return to school the following day.
