Hi there, My name is Ms. Salazar!

My name is Natalie Salazar and I will be your child's 2nd grade teacher for the 2023-2024 school year. I earned my bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2019. I now live in Youngsville with my fiance Trevor and our cat, Rosie. I will be getting married soon, and will be changing my name to Mrs. St. Amant! 

This is my 4th year at James and am so proud to represent the JWJ Starblazers! 

Some of my favorite things are coffee, relaxing on the beach, shopping at Target, and of course...teaching! I know this school year will be amazing and I cannot wait to show you just how sweet second grade can be!
