Terminology

Bitch - Mother of a den; Den Mother can be called a Bitch but Bitch is not always a Den Mother

Bitten - Turned wolf; “the brutally accelerated werewolf puberty for Pete and his rapid rush into werewolf adulthood”; can turn babies (process)

Born Blue - Born a wolf

Ceremony - an official exchange of blood to become bonded mates

Den Mother - Mother of the pack; if there are sub packs, Den Mother is the mother of the WHOLE pack

Dine - “the sun wrought”, humans, elephants, anteaters, etc

Fertile - extremely higher rate of turning wolves, any touch of saliva; “If this is a fertile and infertile match, the infertile will drive the fertile into over production. Pete’s viral count in his saliva will be very high. No one wants puppies making puppies.” - Grandma Sofii

Great Packs - “They’re the oldest packs in the world. They make joint decisions that affect all packs and work together for…things.”

Moonpulled - soulmate; pulled/connected by the mooon; Rodnaya (soulmate/moonpulled in Russian)

Presenting a Kill - part of the courting process to become bonded mates

Scenting - rubbing scent glands (wrists, neck) on another; frowned upon unless its a bonded or close family

Undine - “Anything made or shaped by the moon”, “Undine is normal”

Wild hunt - "...is any hunt with a variety of Undine coming together to run and kill.” There are multiple purposes for one; a celebration or to collect food for the pack, are a few. 

Undine Types

Elemental: "vines and trees and water and wind, twisting seas foam and molten rock"; "someone who looks like they were carved from a geode, a bursting of amethyst and crystal made flesh."

Shifters: rabbits, jackals, wolves, frogs, mice, snakes, seahorses, etc

Dhamphir: type of shifter; vampire; usually Male vampire & female human
