This Privacy Policy describes how NPS Kiosk Pro ("we", "our", or "the App") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application.

Information We Collect

Survey Response Data

The App collects survey responses (NPS scores, emoji reactions, star ratings, and text comments) submitted through the kiosk interface. This data is stored locally on your device.

Staff Information

If you use the staff tracking feature, names and identifiers you enter for staff members are stored locally on your device.

Business Information

Business name and location information you provide for multi-location management is stored locally on your device.

How Your Data Is Stored

All survey data, staff information, and business data are stored locally on your device. We do not upload, transmit, or store your survey data on external servers.

Third-Party Services

AI Analysis

When you use the AI-powered insights feature (Pro), survey comment text may be sent to a third-party AI service (Anthropic Claude API) for analysis. Only the text content of survey comments is transmitted. No personally identifiable information is included in these requests.

Apple Services

The App uses Apple StoreKit for subscription management. Apple processes and manages all payment information. We do not have access to your payment details. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for more information: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/

Data We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store, or have access to:

- Your name, email address, or contact information

- Payment or credit card information

- Location data from your device

- Photos, contacts, or other personal files

- Device identifiers for tracking purposes

- Advertising or analytics identifiers

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Survey data remains on your device under your control.

Data Retention and Deletion

All data is stored locally on your device. You can delete all App data at any time by deleting the App from your device. You can also clear individual survey data from within the App settings.

Children's Privacy

NPS Kiosk Pro is a business tool and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Security

We are committed to protecting your data. Since all data is stored locally on your device, it is protected by your device's built-in security features including device passcode, Face ID, and Touch ID.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
