Check-In Window: 12:30 PM – 3:00 PM

Due to everyone receiving their credential at check in, please be prepared to come AN HOUR EARLY to wait in line.

30% of your locations volunteers, must be at their designated location by 1:30p

100% of volunteers must be at their designated location by: 3:15 PM

Parking & Transportation

Location: Hamburg Fairgrounds

Opens: 11:00 AM

Shuttle Service: Provided to and from the stadium

Travel Time: Please allow at least 30-60 minutes for shuttle transport due to expected traffic and road closures

Credentials

In order to get into the stadium on event day, all members must complete a Buffalo Bills Credential Link sent to you personally through a Buffalo Bills email. Pictures must be submitted on that link a minimum of 72-96 hours before event day. No passes will be printed on event day.

Access via Quinby Drive. Quinby can be accessed via McKinley Parkway or South Park Ave.
A shuttle bus will pick you up in front of the Carousel Banquet Facility to take you to Highmark Stadium
Each group leader will get 1 parking pass for every 2-3 members, emailed to them via Bills Account Manager Ticket Site the week of the event. When you arrive to the fairgrounds, have your mobile pass out and ready to show.
