Executive Board

Brandon is a junior majoring in Political Science and double-minoring in History and Sociology. He grew up in Queens, New York, and went to high school at The Scholars' Academy, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the school newspaper and a climate change activist with the Sunrise Movement. Brandon is currently a working fellow on the Pat Ryan for Congress campaign, having previously worked on Antonio Delgado's congressional campaign before Delgado's move to Lieutenant Governor in May 2022. Outside of the New Paltz College Democrats, Brandon is on the executive board of the College Democrats of New York as Deputy Programs Director, a member of the SUNY New Paltz Political Science and International Relations Association, and a participant in the SUNY New Paltz History Club. In his free time, Brandon enjoys watching documentaries, reading, and spending time with his friends. He is enthusiastic about being the new NPCD Vice President and looks forward to helping elect Democrats in the 2022 Midterm Elections!

Ethan is a Sophomore who is majoring in Environmental Studies and minoring in Political Science. He is seeking to minor in Sociology as well. He is from Ramsey, New Jersey, and currently writes a blog called Up To Date With Ethan Callender (https://uptodatewithethancallender.com/). Aside from the New Paltz College Democrats, he has been on the Residence Hall Student Association E-Board and is intensely focused on both music and academic studies. In his free time, he also loves to hang out with his friends around campus. He is enthusiastic to be the Secretary and Co-Council of Organizations Representative of the New Paltz College Democrats. He aspires to help Democrats win the upcoming midterm elections.
