Ms. Ando received her B.A. in Education from the University of Tokyo, an MBA and Ph.D. in Finance from Hitotsubashi University Business School. She studies investor behavior and education and is interested in experimental economics and behavioral finance.

In her business career, she serves as a board member of Simplex Institute, Inc. where she is involved in financial education for investors. She is an expert in single-stock options and is an active individual trader in futures and options.

In addition to her finance expertise, Ms. Ando is a master of Japanese kimono dressing and has a deep interest in Japanese culture.

東京大学教育学部卒業。一橋大学大学院経営管理研究科にて金融戦略・経営財務MBA（経営学修士）、博士（経営）「金融戦略・経営財務 Ph.D」を取得。

投資行動及び投資家教育について実験手法を用いた研究を行う。関心分野は行動経済学と実験経済学。

株式会社シンプレクス・テクノロジー（現シンプレクス株式会社）を経て2014年シンプレクス・インスティテュート入社。2016年より同取締役として、投資家向け学習コンテンツ（OSE先物・オプションシミュレーター等）の制作などを手掛ける。個人投資家としてゼロから先物・オプション取引を学んだ経験をもとに、初心者の視点に立ったデリバティブ取引の啓蒙・教育活動を行う。著書に、『「かぶオプ」の教科書』（ビジネス社）。日本取引所グループ大阪取引所運営サイト「北浜投資塾」講師。2023年より福島大学非常勤講師、2024年より昭和女子大学専任講師。

趣味は着物で、着付け師範の資格を持つ。
