Thesis opportunities are available on the following topics:

• • Data center sustainability, energy saving techniques for workload allocation and routing solutions in data centers, service mesh sustainable architectures 

  • Protocols for autonomous flight, coordination, routing and task assignments for aerial drones, drone aided communications

  • Hybrid (aerial and terrestrial) robotic networks for emergency scenarios

  • Digital twin update through mobile monitoring networks

  • Network tomography

  • Mathematical underpinnings of computer network performance

  • Multi-agent systems

  • Multi-agent simulations for financial markets

  • AI for inferring causal relationships across heterogeneous phenomena and time series.

  • Generative AI for realistic generation of time series for market analysis and simulations of causally related stocks and political/economical events.

Selected brilliant students may receive a research grant for collaboration on funded research projects during their thesis work.
