Novapad is an AI-powered content creation and note-taking platform that allows users to:

• Share generated content within the community and interact with other users.

4. Content and Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 Ownership of User-Generated Content: BY CREATING CONTENT ON NOVAPAD, YOU HEREBY ASSIGN, TRANSFER, AND CONVEY TO NOVAPAD ALL RIGHT, TITLE, AND INTEREST IN AND TO THE CONTENT, INCLUDING ALL INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS THEREIN. This means that all content created through our Service becomes the exclusive property of Novapad.

4.2 License to Use Your Information: You grant Novapad a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and transferable license to use, modify, and display your profile information, comments, and interactions to provide and improve the Service.

5. AI-Generated Content and Disclaimers

5.1 Nature of AI: Novapad uses advanced AI technology (including Gemini, OpenAI, and ElevenLabs). You acknowledge that AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate. 5.2 User Responsibility: You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring that any content you publish through the Service is appropriate, even if it was generated with AI assistance. Novapad is not responsible for the accuracy or quality of AI-generated outputs.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use Novapad to:

• Create or share illegal, harmful, or hateful content.

• Impersonate others or engage in unauthorized data collection.

• Interfere with the security or performance of the Service.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or behavior that poses a risk to the Novapad community.

8. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOVAPAD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR THE ACCURACY OF AI-GENERATED CONTENT.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Turkey.
