By accessing and using NovaHook, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the app.

1. Service Description

NovaHook is an AI-powered application for mobile and desktop devices (including iOS, macOS, and Android) designed to generate social media copy, captions, and tags based on user-provided media files.

2. User Subscriptions and Payments

• The app offers a limited free trial (5 generations).

• Unlimited access requires an active subscription, processed securely through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and RevenueCat.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription in your Apple ID or Google Play Account Settings.

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

NovaHook utilizes advanced Artificial Intelligence (Google Gemini API) to generate content.

• Accuracy: While we strive for high quality, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the AI-generated content.

• Responsibility: You are solely responsible for reviewing the generated content before publishing it on your social media platforms. NovaHook is not liable for any consequences arising from the use of the generated copy.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the app to:

• Upload media that is illegal, explicit, or violates the intellectual property rights of others.

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the app’s API or services.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the app or third parties.

6. Account Registration & Fair Use

You agree to provide a valid, personal email address upon registration. The use of temporary, disposable, or bot-generated email addresses to bypass the free trial limits is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy or attempt to abuse the free trial system.
