• Account Information: When you register, we collect your email address and an encrypted password. If you use third-party logins like "Sign in with Apple" or "Sign in with Google," we collect the email address provided by those services.

• Usage Data: We may collect non-identifiable, technical usage data to improve application performance.

2. How We Use Your Information:

• To facilitate account creation and logon process.

• To manage user subscriptions via RevenueCat.

• To process your media files using third-party AI APIs (Google Gemini API) to generate captions and content.

3. Third-Party Services:

NovaHook uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.

• Firebase: Used for secure authentication and database management.

• RevenueCat: Used to securely process and manage your subscription.

• Google Gemini API: Your uploaded media (images/videos) and text prompts are sent to Google's API strictly for processing and generating content. We do not store your media on our servers after processing.

4. Data Security:

We implement industry-standard security measures and sandboxing protocols to protect your data. However, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

5. Data Storage:

Your generated content history (TikTok/YouTube hooks) is saved locally on your device for your convenience. We do not transmit, store, or have access to your generated history on our servers.

6. Data Deletion:

Users can permanently delete their accounts and associated authentication data directly from within the app settings.

7. Account Deletion & Fraud Prevention:

When you delete your account, your personal data is removed. However, to prevent abuse of our free trial system, we retain a secure, irreversible cryptographic hash of your email address. This hash cannot be used to identify you, contact you, or reverse-engineer your email, and is strictly used to prevent multiple free-trial claims.
