Beginner and advanced tumbling for those who are just starting to athletes who are working on higher level skills. Classes run for 1 hour, starting with stretching and ending with a short conditioning and cool down. Athletes will be expected to work on drills and individual exercises assigned by the coaches, as well as multiple attempts with spotted instruction.
Open gyms are designed for athletes to have a fun and safe place to work on their skills. We will provide supervision for the safety of the athletes and critiques/tips for improving their skills. Athletes will be required to work on their own, with the use of the equipment in the gym, in order to perfect skills and gain confidence in performing them.
Clinics are dedicated to one specific skill. In this hour, athletes will start by stretching, and then get into the specific skill starting from the basics. They will learn the ins and outs of every skill and know how to safely and properly perform them. These clinics are designed to have new people learning the skill, as well as perfecting a skill you may already throw.

Jump Clinic- technique and flexibility of all jumps
Walkover clinic- technique and consistency of walkover skills
Handspring clinic- technique, consistency, and power through the skills
Tuck clinic- proper technique of tucking skills
Stunt/Basket toss- proper technique for different stunting skills
