Ransomware attack on China’s biggest bank may have hit US Treasury market 

The news article was about a US unit in the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China endured a ransomware attack. The US Treasuries suffered a brief market sell-off. Ransomware is when a group of people use encrypt to prevents you from accessing  your data in exchange for money. Best way to prevent is to not click on unknown links, back up your data, and use strong passwords.
