1. Introduction

Welcome to NourishUwell – Holistic Health Solutions (ABN: 87667130094). By accessing or using our website (www.nourishuwell.com.au) or our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients engaging with NourishUwell, both online and in person.

2. Services Provided

NourishUwell provides holistic health services including:
- Nutritional consulting (online and in-person)
- Downloadable digital products (such as meal plans)
- Bioenergetic health scanning (in-person and remotely)

3. Client Responsibilities

Our services are supportive and educational in nature and do not replace medical advice. Clients should consult their GP before starting any health or nutritional program. By using our services or products, you agree not to distribute, reproduce, or misuse any paid content provided to you.

4. Bookings & Payments

Bookings can be made via our website, phone, or email.

Payments:
- Online consultations: Invoiced and payable after the session
- In-person consultations: Cash or card accepted on the day

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. If notice is given, sessions may be rescheduled. Please note: **no refunds are provided for consultations**.

5. Digital Products

All digital downloads (including meal plans) are for personal use only. You may not share, reproduce, sell, or republish any digital content. All material is protected under copyright law and remains the intellectual property of NourishUwell.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital product purchases are final and non-refundable. Consultations are also non-refundable. However, if you have prepaid for your session and cancel with appropriate notice, a refund or reschedule will be offered.

To respect everyone’s time and energy, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancelled or rescheduled appointments.

In the case of an emergency or unforeseen circumstance where you are unable to attend, we understand life happens — please get in touch as soon as you can, and we will do our best to honour the session or arrange a suitable alternative

7. Limitation of Liability

All services provided are for general wellness support. We do not guarantee specific health outcomes. Clients are responsible for their own health decisions and should consult a healthcare provider for medical conditions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including recipes, educational materials, and meal plans, is the property of NourishUwell and may not be used for commercial purposes without permission.

9. Website Use

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose. NourishUwell is not responsible for third-party links, external content, or any interruptions in service.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with Queensland legislation.
