Jess is a qualified chef, certified nutrition consultant, and Qest4 bioenergetic practitioner based in Mission Beach, Queensland. As the founder of NourishUWell – Holistic Health Solutions, her passion for food as medicine and natural wellness is reflected in every part of her work.
Through more than 20 years of exposure to bioresonance, Jess developed a deep understanding of energetic principles and how they can complement nutritional and lifestyle support. Observing their application over time, alongside her formal studies, shaped the way she now integrates energetic insights into her practice. Energetic remedies, including homeopathy and plant essences, have been an important part of her family’s wellbeing alongside nutritious eating. This is why she believes nutritious food and energy medicine pair so well together, offering a truly holistic foundation for balanced living.
Professionally trained as a chef, Jess specialised in creating grain-free, wholefood alternatives for popular recipes that are both nourishing and deeply satisfying. She previously ran My Well-Being Kitchen, a small business offering wholefood cakes and slices popular with cafés and health-conscious customers.
Through NourishUWell, Jess now offers a unique blend of personalised nutrition consulting, bioenergetic health screening, food-as-medicine education, meal planning and recipes, and supportive lifestyle guidance. She continues to expand her knowledge through ongoing studies in clinical nutritional practice and bioresonance.
Jess’s approach is practical, compassionate, and empowering. She supports individuals and families to reconnect with their health through simple, nourishing wholefoods and personalised, heart-centred care. Nutrition is grounded in real food, with supplements used thoughtfully where needed to address short-term gaps. When nutrients are not being well absorbed, gut-healing support is prioritised.
