📌 Tent Structural & Safety Logistics:
Clearance & Utility Check: It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the setup area is completely clear of low-hanging tree branches or power lines. Underground utility lines must be marked prior to staking.
Surface & Anchoring: Tents are traditionally anchored with heavy-duty stakes driven into grass or dirt. If your setup requires placement on concrete, asphalt, or a deck, please notify us so we can bring custom concrete ballast weights (additional fees apply).
Professional Installation: For structural safety and liability, our certified team handles 100% of the tent erection, safety anchoring, and teardown. (Not included in the price)
