Skills & Drills

Come out to Central Community Centre and improve your game with Adam and Reese. Each session is two hours, with one hour dedicated to instruction and one hour for play without instruction. Check availability and book on CourtReserve for Level 1 or Level 2.

Level 1 (2.5 to 3.0)

For Intermediate players with a good knowledge of the game. What's covered:

Level 2 (3.0 and up)

For advanced players emphasizing repetition and strategy. What's covered:

Beginner Level

Beginners will evolve at their own pace depending on prior athletic experience, age and fitness. Lessons will be tailored to participant needs.

Next Level

Players that have surpassed the beginner level will learn skills and strategies to take their game to the next level. Lessons can be tailored to individual needs.

Intermediate

Building on skills learned in prior sessions, players ready for more competitive play benefit from enhanced strategies and focus on shot selection.

Advanced

Players proficient in most areas benefit by learning to work in unison with a partner, setup shots, deception shots, Ernes, around-the-post and more.

Adam Eatock | Reese George

Head Professional Adam, born and raised in St. Catharines, has medalled in various North American events at the 5.0 level. He turned pro in 2020.

Club Professional Reese started playing in 2018 in Welland. She now competes in the Canadian National Pickleball League.

Adam and Reese believe that pickleball is a great way to have fun and stay fit.
