AMHA/AMHR Palomino 34" mare
Dam: Jidanis May Long Lady (32" red roan mare)
Sire: Zephyr Woods Billy Joel (34" buckskin stallion)
This is my first, but NOT only anymore! double registered mare in my program. I love OMG's horses, and feel so honored to have Tequila (Keyes) as one of my broodmares! She is the sweetest thing, and also very chill and level headed. I love her personality and hope she passes that plus her gorgeous build onto her offspring. She showed as a yearling in 2019, and these were her accomplishments: 2X Reserve Grand Champion Jr. Mare AMHA, 2x Reserve Grand Champion Mare, Champion Jr. Mare, 3X Reserve Champion Jr. Mare.
She had a GORGEOUS black pinto filly from Bonanza's Boomerang this spring, but unfortunately the filly (whom we dubbed Sparkle) needed to be put down at 2 weeks old. Keyes is open for this year, and I plan to breed her to SMF Sizzle's High Roller (Max) in 2025 for a 2026 foal.
AMHA/AMHR Buckskin 32" mare
Dam: Still R Girl Nikki (30.50" bay mare)
Sire: Little Kings Buckeroo Renaissance (34" buckskin stallion)
Tequila isn't my only broodmare anymore! I just acquired this gorgeous little mare today (written on Nov 6, 2023) after seeing her for sale ad on Kijiji. I went to look and fell in love with this little mare! I haven't had her long enough to see her whole personality, but will update (and add a better photo) once I get to know her better! She's never showed, but has had 7 foals and a few of them are doing extremely well in the show ring.
She has a sweet little head and lovely big doe eyes! She also has a star, which is kind of rare to find in the minis. As far as I know at least, she's my first mini ever to have a marking! And seems to pass the star on as well.
This gorgeous girl also boasts a TRIPLE Boone's Little Buckeroo bloodline! She foaled a beautiful little colt, whom we named Onyx, and is open this year.
AMHR Red Dun tovero 36" mare
Dam: Carmac's Clarie For Sure Honey
Sire: Pearl Creek's A Tres Too White
Very excited to introduce "Pink" to the family! I will add a better photo once I get one in the spring when she's not fluffy. She's a very reserved but sweet mare, and dun is very rare in the minis, so when I saw her I couldn't resist! She also has that middle of the road between stock and Arabian build that I love (like a Morgan, very versatile) so that was another big plus!
I haven't really heard of her lines before, but her paternal grandsire was LTD's Two Tone Trigger, who was a buckskin overo stallion and had many amazing babies in the show pen.
I also had Pink bred to a direct son of Hershey Sugar Daddy (Whispering Hills So Impressive, an AMHR bay tobiano stallion) so she will be due in April. Very excited about this foal, and hoping for a colt to be a stallion prospect! Lots of color options with this cross!
