Effective date: 16 June 2026 App: Notch (Android) Developer: Tukracraft Contact: tukracraft.app@gmail.com
By downloading, installing, or using Notch ("the app"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Notch is a private, on-device habit tracker and daily journal. It works without an account and stores all your content locally on your device. See our Privacy Policy for how your data is handled.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use Notch on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell the app or its assets, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
Anything you create in Notch (habits, journal entries, etc.) is yours and is stored only on your device. You are responsible for your own data. Because it lives locally and we keep no copy, we cannot recover it for you if your device is lost, reset, or the app is uninstalled. We recommend you keep your own backups if the content matters to you.
Notch can show local reminders you schedule. Reminder delivery depends on your device and Android — including battery optimisation, "Do Not Disturb," and power settings outside our control. We make a reasonable effort to deliver reminders on time but do not guarantee exact timing or delivery.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defect will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tukracraft will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app (which, for the free version, is zero).
Optional features (sharing, rating, checking for updates, emailing feedback) hand off to other apps or to Google Play. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, not these.
The Notch name, logo, design, and app content are owned by Tukracraft. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, with the effective date updated above. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. (Adjust if you incorporate or operate elsewhere.)
