Services are provided at no charge to attendees of Bayshore Baptist Church (Tampa, FL), except for safe-deposit box inventories and protest of dishonored negotiable instruments.
Acknowledgments ..... $10 per seal
Oaths and affirmations, with certificate and seal ..... $10 per seal
Oaths and affirmations, swearing in for official proceeding ..... $10 per oath/affirmation, plus travel costs if needed
Affidavits ..... $10 per seal
Attestation of copies and printouts of tangible or electronic records ..... $10 per attestation, plus copying costs if needed
Solemnization of marriage ..... $30 plus travel, booking, and rehearsal fees
Verification of vehicle identification numbers ..... $20 per vehicle, plus travel costs if needed
Inventory of safe-deposit box ..... $50 per box, plus travel costs if needed
Protest of dishonored negotiable instruments ..... $50 per protested draft/note, plus postage costs if needed
