2. Appointments and Cancellations

You may schedule appointments with us through our online booking system or by contacting us directly. We reserve the right to refuse appointments at our sole discretion. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must notify us at least 2 hours in advance. Cancellation or rescheduling requests made less than 1 hour before the scheduled appointment will be subject to the full scheduling fee.

3. Payment Terms

All payments for our services must be made in full before or at the time of the appointment. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and electronic transfers. If your payment is not received on time, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment without notice.
