Mobile Notary Fee Structure:
1. Notarization fees:
- Acknowledgments: $10.00 per signature
- Oaths or affirmations: $10.00 per person
- Jurats: $10.00 per signature
Each additional signature of each individual $1
- Proofs of execution: $10.00 per witness
- Protests: $4.00 per page
- Copies of records or papers: $0.50 per page
2. Travel fees:
- Base travel fee: $20.00 (covers up to 15 miles from the notary's location)
- Additional mileage fee: $1.25 per mile after the first 15 miles
- After-hours fee: $25.00 (applied for appointments between 10:00 PM and 5:00 AM)
3. Loan signing agent fees:
- Basic loan signing package: $85.00 (includes up to 10 notarizations and travel within 15 miles)
- Additional notarizations: $10.00 per signature
- Additional mileage fee: $1.25 per mile after the first 15 miles
4. Remote signing fees (Blue Notary Service platform):
- Platform fee: $25.00 per remote signing session
5. Additional fees:
•Waiting time: $10.00 per 15-minute increment (applied after the first 15 minutes of waiting for the client)
Reschedule :
•Non-refundable fee: Full appointment fee (applied if the client cancels or does not show up within 1 hour of the appointment time)

This service is for law firms, insurance agents, car dealerships, tattoo shops, towing and auto, senior homes, clinics, hospitals, schools, builders, salon/ barbers, rehabilitation centers and more!
The notary will set up and stamp every valid document in the building! Bring as many of your customers or documents as you would like within a one hour sitting. Includes travel and administrative fee.
*All signers must have an unexpired state/ federal photographic identification, willing to sign without coercion or under duress. Real estate documents do not apply.
