Your Appointment

Every signer must show a current (non expired) photo identification. All identification must be issued by a State or U.S. government, which contains a photo, physical description, address, and signature.

Every signer must demonstrate a willingness to sign the documents without duress. He/she must also be aware of what they are signing and understand the significance of the transaction. Documents cannot and will not be notarized if there is any cognitive impairment. 

Checking and verifying the signer’s identify is critical step in performing a notarial service. Some may view it as a nuisance, but it’s performed to prevent fraud. Please remember to bring one of the accepted forms of identification mentioned below, for your appointment.

Cada firmante debe mostrar una identificación con foto actual (no vencida). Toda identificación debe ser emitida por un estado o gobierno de los EE. UU., que contenga una foto, una descripción física, una dirección y una firma.

Cada firmante debe demostrar su voluntad de firmar los documentos sin coacción. Él / ella también debe ser consciente de lo que está firmando y comprender el significado de la transacción. Los documentos no pueden y no serán notariados si hay algún deterioro cognitivo.
