To better understand your needs and for accurate pricing, please be prepared to provide the following information:

• Your full name and good call back number 

• Total amount of documents needing notarization

• The name and type of document 

• Do you require witnesses? If so, do you have witness or will you need me to provide them for you? (This is upon request only)

• Total amount of signers? (all signers must be present at time of service)

• Do all signers have a current valid ID? (IDs will need to be present before we begin notarization)

• Preferred time, place and location to perform notary service?

• Preferred form of payment? (No Checks)
