Working with the public isn't always easy but it can be rewarding in more ways than you know. Interacting with different people can teach us a lot about the world around us and even ourselves. Sometimes it will make you laugh, sometimes it will make you cry, and sometimes it just makes you shake your head in disbelief. Customers make it all worth while. 

A coworker can be a friend or foe. They can make your day much better or make you dread heading into work. There is nothing better than a team of people who can work in sync to create a flow of efficiency and prosperity. 

You love them or you hate them. The boss or manager sets the tone for the establishment. Many have thorough knowledge of each level below them to help pinpoint problem areas and work quickly to find resolutions. And some... you wonder how they every got to be in such a position. Sometimes you are the boss and you can't believe the crap you had to go through to keep things running. 

Once in a while you have that person that just says the right thing at the right time and it sticks with you forever. 

Sometimes you get reminded why insurance, first responders, and policies exist. Those moments that are so out of the ordinary, it makes you say, WTF!
