Before setting your appointment, make sure you have all the details ready to go. 

• Notary- If you need documents notarized, review your paperwork to see who needs to sign, and who needs to be present. If you need witnesses but don't have anyone to bring at the time of your appointment, no problem! Just let us know when booking your appointment and we can provide as many as you need. It's also best to know what type (acknowledgement or jurat) of notarization you need. If you aren't sure, this is often answered by the issuing agency, as California notaries are unable to make this decision for you. And for a little extra preparation, let your notary know what type of document you have (with how many signatures), this allows us to schedule the proper amount of time. 

• Printing - Want to print? You got it! Standard questions- What? How many? Is it print ready? We offer a wide range of printed material (with some sample materials to view if needed). How many of items do you need? For example, business cards come in standard quantity box-sets, but minimums may vary, depending on the style. Do you have the files ready to print and are they the right size (this answer is often, "no")? In any case, do not worry, we are still here to help! Simple designs and adjustments can be done in-house but we also have amazing graphic designers available if your creation requires more, so let's chat about you idea!
