Meet the Team

There are so many people who make Northstar Pomskies possible. We could not operate without our Guardian Homes and Families. They are a big part of our program and this ensures that all of our dogs are loved and part of their family. Here are some of our team members:

Meet Barb

Barb is the brains and heart behind Northstar Pomskies.

Meet Mandy

Mandy is a key part of the program. She is the owner of Mystic (guardian home) and she deals with communications and is in charge of running our social media accounts. She is always looking for new ways to improve our puppy packs.

Meet April

April is the TEACHER behind the website. She is the owner of Atlas (retired) and she helps with organizing around the house. She is usually the first one to come up with new ways to organize all of the puppy items we have here at Northstar.

Meet Mike

Mike is the muscle behind the operation. He built our gorgeous outdoor gazebo and front entrance enclosure. If anything is broken, he is the first one to fix it.

Additional Team Members:

We are very fortunate to have a lot of friends and family who help us out with vet runs, flight nannies, helping out with puppies, etc.

Meet Brandi

She is the owner of Xena (retired) and helps out where she can. This sometimes includes vet visits or just helping out around the house.

Meet Cheryl

She is the owner of Mishka, Jynx, and Tikanni (guardian homes) and is the sister of our fearless leader Barb. She is one of our flight nannies, so she may be the person bringing a puppy to their new forever home.

Meet Steve

He is the owner of Chewy (retired) and helps out where he can. He has taken in Luna, one of our retired huskies, into his home. He helps us with last-minute vet runs and is always willing to lend a hand.
