Summons

Seeing each other celebrated is a wonderful thing about having public Courts. However, We are sensitive to the fact that not all of our Populace enjoy surprises. Therefore, we will be sending a ‘summons’ via email to gentles whose presence is requested. We will also have physical summons cards at events for reminders or additions that will be delivered by a member of our guard or staff.

There are also those to whom public recognition is very distressing.  We are happy to accommodate and if after you receive a summons you would prefer to be recognized privately, please let us know and we will arrange that for you.

Toy Chest and Newcommers Mugs

Toy Chest and New Commers mugs - both traditions started by our ancesters that we will be continuing.  

The Toy Chest is for children attending court to have something fun and to be part of our court.  All people asked to run with the chest have a background check, or, are accompnied by someone with and will stay in sight of the general court.  Adults please encourage your children to participate but feel free to come with them if that makes them (or you) happier.  *If you want to volunteer to run with the chest please let us know*

Newcommers Mugs - our way to welcome and recognize new people at events.  If someone near you is at their first court, please encourage them to come forward or escourt them in to show them the way to approach the thrones.  

We are accepting donations to support these fun and inclusive part of court.  Any not used in this reign will be passed forward
