Huge shout out to Shannon at North of Nine consulting. Our son started grade 12 this year and admittedly we were unsure how to best help him select the courses in his final year of high school best set him up for success with his interests and university applications.
We met with Shannon who was BRILLIANT! She helped explain the entire process, did an audit on our sons grades/ history, his likes and dislikes, career and life goals and areas of interest. She took away all that info and came back with a report highlighting potential university matches, walked us through degree options at each, shared insights on the application process and answered all our questions - and we had a lot!

I came to Shannon to get help for my son who was selecting courses for Grade 12 and wanted to ensure that all his options were open for a Business degree. She was so helpful! She created a detailed list of degree programs including links and courses he should take in high school. She even suggested options if he chose not to take Calculus!
