Eligibility: We accept returns or exchanges on products within 30 days of purchase for
in-store purchases, and within 30 days from delivery for online orders.
Condition: Products must be returned to the original site of purchase, in their original
packaging, and unused. Products showing signs of use may not be accepted.
Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Damaged During Shipping: If your product appears damaged during shipping, email
north.line.fishing@gmail.com with a photo of the damage. We will work with you to
ensure your product meets expectations.
Customer Support: We will provide instructions and reasonable assistance to resolve
any issues promptly.
Limited Warranty
Duration: This product is covered by a one-year limited warranty from the date of
original purchase.
Scope: The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal
use.
How to Obtain Warranty Service: To claim warranty service, return the defective
product to the retailer where it was purchased. A receipt or proof of purchase is not
