Meetings are held every 4th Thursday of the month with the exception of November and December, due to the holidays. We start at, 6:30 pm at 4501 Jon Cunningham, Chapel of the North Hills. We hope to see you there.

MISSION STATEMENT
MISSION STATEMENT
The North Hills Neighborhood Association (NHNPA) is established as a formal organization of the residents of the North Hills Subdivision to provide a recognized body of representation of residents to address issues having broad impact on the residents of the subdivision.
The NHNA provides a venue of organized communication to address issues of concern to the residents of the subdivision to the El Paso City Council, City Council Representative for the North East, Office of the Mayor of the City of El Paso, and various city service offices of the City of El Paso. This organization is both recognized by and sanctioned by the office of the Mayor of the City of El Paso and is a participating organization in the Mayor's Neighborhood Advisory Council.
