The Rules of the Game
Player chooses between three levels (easy, meduim and hard) by selecting the respective arcade button (green circle for easy, blue square for medium and red triangle for hard)
Lights at the top and bottom of the board light up, illuminating the different options the players have. Lights at the top are spots the ball can start and lights at the bottom are where the ball can end.
Easy Level: Green LEDs in circular cutouts light up 3 slots at the top and 3 slots at the bottom
Medium Level: Blue LEDs in square cutouts light up 3 slots at the top and 2 of 3 (randomly selected) slots at the bottom
Hard Level: Red LEDs in triangle cutouts light up 3 slots at the top and 1 of 3 (randomly selected) slots at the bottom.
Hourglass flips, giving the player a set amount of time to create their path (2 minutes for Easy, 1 minute for Medium, 30 seconds for Hard)
Players must "turn the gears", or the knobs at the ends of the paddles to construct a path that leads from one of the top illuminated spots to one of the bottom illuminated spots
After the pre-set amount of time has elapsed, the flaps at the top of the board that had held the ball in place, release the ball into the board
The ball then has 15 seconds to reach one of the illuminated spots (allowing some room for players to make adjustments as needed)
If the ball does not enters one of the lit up bottom slots, the player has lost. However, if the ball does enter on of the lit up bottom slots, the player has won and an LED light strip will illuminate their victory.Â
