The North Wilkes band program, encompassing both North Wilkes High School and North Wilkes Middle School, offers comprehensive musical education through our Concert Band and Marching Band at the high school level and Concert Band at the middle school level. We value and develop strong leadership skills, lifelong learning, and 21st-century skills, aiming to provide a quality education and safe environment for our students.

Our band program plays a key role in the success of our students by providing opportunities for self-expression, leadership, and reinforcement of core curriculum. Students explore new experiences through travel and competition, contributing to their overall development.

We offer moral and financial support to benefit the music program and its participants, recognizing the impact of music on students' cultural, intellectual, social, physical, and mental development.
