Visits plan:

Goals:

• The main aim of this project is to strengthen efforts in the participating countries to modernize and digitize school education. Each of the partner organizations is pioneers in this field in their respective countries and the role of the pioneer is often a lonely one. There is a need to share practices, knowledge, and experience with others who are at the forefront of developing education.
• Impact on staff at participating organizations:

- Staff will develop insight, understanding, and knowledge of each of the participating countries, its culture, language, and traditions

- Staff will have enhanced their ICT-skills

- Staff will have developed a greater understanding of how to help students to become creative and innovative

- Staff will learn about different teaching practices and this will affect and enhance their own teaching

- Staff will have greater confidence in including creative methods when teaching basic skills

- Staff will learn how partner schools include pupils with special educational needs/disabilities and ensure access to the whole curriculum. This will enable them to enhance their own practice and policies and procedures in their own schools.

- Working relationships with staff within each school and across Europe will be strengthened as members of staff work collaboratively.

- IT staff will have developed a better understanding of how to address technical issues in schools

- Teachers and IT staff will have improved knowledge of internet safety and digital citizenship

- School leaders will be better equipped to lead curriculum development in general, and connecting curriculum development with ICT in particular
