There are several domestic flights connecting Iquique to Santiago and other main cities of Chile, like Concepcion.

Connection to the airport

The Diego Aracena International airport is located 48 km from the city of Iquique. Even though there is no public transport that connects the city to the airport, there are shared shuttles with a cost of approximately 7.000 CLP ( almost 9$) per person. There is always the option of a taxi that costs 20.000 CLP ( approx 24 $).
