The NorCal Leadership Growth Continuums are a non-evaluative, reflective tool. They were developed using current literature and the most recent 21CSLA program guidance document. Their purpose is threefold:
To foster the growth and learning of individuals and teams
To provide data to inform the learning design and support structures of the program, including leadership coaching
To ground participants and leaders in common language and practices across the Shasta region and to be in alignment with 21CSLA
There are four continuums for participants to engage with:

Equity Continuum
Leadership Continuum
Team Continuum
